Cream Cheese Neimans

I'm on a cream cheese hunt!! It is just a special treat for the girls. We've had a total exam week! We've climbed the mountain and looked back to see where we've been. Here's our sweetness at the peak. Cream Cheese Neimans!!




Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 Cream Cheese 8oz
  • 1/2c Sugar
  • 1 egg

Mix til smooth



Neiman's Cookie Dough - My recipe dates back to Shelly Kelton in June of 1996!!
  • 2 eggs
  • 1c butter
  • 1c sugar
  • 1c brown sugar
  • 2c flour
  • 2.5c blended oats, mostly I use whole!!
  • 1t soda
  • 1t salt
  • 1t baking powder
  • 1t vanilla
  • 4 oz grated chocolate, this is rarely on hand
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1c nuts

Cream butter & sugars. Combine dry then add to butter. Finally add chocolate nuts. Drop spoon fulls & Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. (Angela... this is for you!!!)


And to make the Cream Cheese Neimans....

1/2 cookie dough on bottom of pan, cover w/ cream cheese, crumble remain dough to cover.



Bake 350° for 35-40 minutes. Cool 30 then Cool in freeze 30. (Or cool in fridge 2 hours.)
